– To ensure the technician reaches the correct location, customers may be asked to share their full address, Google Maps location, and clear photos of the appliance via WhatsApp. For better service, please provide details during the call regarding the age of the gas stove and when it was last serviced.
– We reserve the right to accept or reject any service request based on technician availability and service area coverage.

2. Pricing, Inspection, and Payment
– The cost of the visit or inspection will be communicated before the technician arrives.
– If your stove has a defect that could pose a safety risk, you must inform the technician before work begins.
– To avoid future disputes, please discuss the cost of faulty parts and the total estimated repair expense with the technician beforehand; ensure the technician checks for leaks in your presence after the work is completed.
– Payment for the service provided must be made immediately upon completion using accepted payment methods (Cash or UPI).

– If, for any reason, you do not get the work done after the technician arrives, you will be required to pay a service charge.

3. Repair Warranty
– We offer a limited service warranty on specific repairs and replaced parts; the duration will be specified on the service invoice.
– The warranty applies only to the specific parts that were repaired or replaced; it does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical damage, or improper handling.

4. Limitation of Liability
– ‘Home Repair Expert’ shall not be held liable for pre-existing defects, hidden structural issues, or accidental damage caused to old or severely deteriorated appliances during the repair process.

5. User Conduct and Website Usage
